fairhill

Management for artists and producers who build careers, not moments.

About

fairhill is a management company in Berlin. We work with a small number of artists and producers and stay with them for the long run.

Berlin taught us that good music needs room, honest partners and patience. We handle the business around the work — deals, tours, releases, rights — so the people we represent can spend their time making things.

Every contract is explained. Every decision is made with you. Fair terms are the starting point, not a favour.

What we do

Career strategy

A clear plan for the next year and the next five: releases, collaborations, audience and income.

Touring & booking

We work with agents and promoters worldwide to build routes that make sense for the artist and the budget.

Releases & labels

Deal negotiation, release planning and day-to-day contact with labels, distributors and publishers.

Producer representation

Placements, sessions and fair credit and splits for producers, engineers and writers.

Partnerships & sync

Brand, film and game collaborations that fit the artist and pay properly.

Roster

Placeholder names. Replace with the real roster.
